Pineapple Soup

Pineapple soup


Ingredients:

Pineapple - 1

Green chilli - 1/2 or 1 as per taste

Sugar optional

Pink salt

Black/ white pepper as per taste

Ghee/oil 1-2tsp


Method;

1. Take a blender add pineapple and green chilli to make a smooth paste. If required you can add water to adjust the consistency

2. Strain the pulp

3. Take pan and heat the oil add pepper powder and sauté for 1 minute and add the pulp it to and boil add salt. Add water to required consistency and let it boil.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving


Note:

If the fruit is sweet you don't need sugar.Other wise add sugar.
