Plum & Apple  Smoothie:



Ingredients 

Pomegranate 1/2 de-seeded 

Kiwi 1/2 chopped 

Plump 2 chopped 

Iceberg Lettuce 1 cup chopped 

Mint few leaves

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Carrot chopped- 1 medium 

Water 1 big glass

Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp

Ginger -1/2 tsp(optional)

Pink salt as per taste 

White/Black pepper -1/2 tsp

cashews, walnuts(optional)


Method:

Take a blender and add all the ingredients and Blend  it until you get the right consistency. You can add extra water if it's too thick. Strain the liquid(optimal)and Pour it into a glass. Serve it chilled.
