Though SALT is an irreplaceable part of our diet and has NO calories, too much of it can cause a number of health problems like blood pressure and higher chances of strokes. We usually tend to consume a lot more salt than our daily requirement.


Try to add half the amount of salt than usual. You will be surprised to see that it tastes as good even with less salt.
