Air fried Potato

Air Fried Baby Potato 🥔


Ingredients

(25-26) mini/baby potatoes, red or gold

1/4 Cup grated cheddar/ mozzarella cheese

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1/2 tsp salt

Red chilli flakes

Oregano

Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp ground black pepper


Method:

1. In a large pot, boil potatoes in heavily salted water. When potatoes are fork tender, remove from heat and drain.

2. Pre heat air fryer at 180 degrees. Arrange drained potatoes on plate. Lightly smash each potato using a fork.

3. Sprinkle each potato with the salt and black pepper. Top with grated cheese.

4. Bake in preheated air fryer for 7 minutes or till cheese melts.

5. Plate potatoes on serving plate and sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano, mayonnaise.


Serve hot with sauce.
