Aloo Paratha

There’s two varieties one ☝🏻 with red chilli 🌶 & other green chilli.

I love 💕 with red chilli 🌶, amchur for the tangy taste 😋


Ingredients:

For stuffing:

Boiled Aloo/ Potatoes 🥔

Amchur 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Jeera powder 1 tsp

Dhania powder 1tsp

Ajwain 1 tsp

Chopped coriander

Salt as per taste

Atta:

Whole wheat Atta

Water as required

Ghee 1 tsp


Method:

Knead the Atta dough and coat with ghee and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and make small balls.

Roll the Atta and keep the stuffing inside and roll into flat bread and cook it on hot tava with ghee.

Serve hot with curds, pickles
