Avocado Fries:
Ingredients:
Avocado Semi Ripe - 1
Pink salt
Lemon 🍋 juice-1/2
Garlic crushed - 2 pods
Maize flour - 2 tbsp
Besan - 2 tbsp
Bread 🍞 crumbs
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Method:
1. Peel and cut the avocado length wise
2. Marinate the avocado with pink salt, lemon , garlic paste
3. Make batter of maize 🌾 flour, besan , red chilli powder.
(Note: the batter should not be to thin)
4. Take a flat plate and spread the bread crumbs
5. Per heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes
6. Dip the avocado in the batter and gently coat in bread crumbs
7. Place a silicon mat in the air fryer and place the coated avocado and heat for 5-8 minutes
Serve with Sweet chilli garlic sauce
