Avocado & Kale Smoothie

Avocado 🥑 & Kale 🥬 Smoothie


Ingredients:

Avocado - 1

Apple - 1/2 coarse chopped

Amla -1

Kale - 3-4 chopped

Cinnamon - 1 tsp

Pink salt as per taste

Pepper powder as per taste

Water -2 cups


Method:

1. Take a blender and add the scooped avocado, chopped apple, cinnamon, salt & pepper, amla, 1 cup water and blend

2. Add extra water to adjust consistency and blend again to smooth paste

3. Take out the smoothie and pour it to glass and garnish with topping of your choice.
