Avocado Seed Chutney

Health Benefits:

It contains multivitamin, good source of antioxidants, helps in digestion, helps to lower the cholesterol (like mango seeds)


Ingredients:

Avocado 🥑 seed

White onion 1/2

Kashmiri red chilli powder

Garlic-2/3 pods

Ginger 1/2 inch

Himalayan pink salt

Coconut 🥥 grated less than 1/4 cup

Tamarind little

Curry leaves few


Method:

1. Remove seeds and make slight cut on if n keep it for whole day. 2.Then remove outer skin. Crush it in mixer. Keep it aside.

3. Blend Coconut,red chilli,ginger,onion, tamarind , garlic and curry leaves, salt and crush it blender and mix it with the avacado powder. Very tasty
