BABY POTATO CHAT
Ingredients:
Baby Potato-15 no
Mint chutney
Tamarind/ Meeta Chutney
Carrot- 1/2 grated
Tomato- 1/2 finely chopped
Onion - 1/2 finely chopped
Raw Mango- 1/4 grated
Pomegranate- 1/3 cup deseeded
Coriander finely chopped
Method:
1. Wash & boil baby potato in pressure cooker with skin( just one whistle)
2. Per heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes
3. Place the boiled potato in air fryer for 10 minutes
4. Place the potato on the serving plate and add mint chutney, tomato, onion, carrot, raw mango, pomegranate and tamarind chutney and garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
