Have you ever thought 💭 of having Beetroot
YES YES you heard me right BEETROOT
BEETROOT MINT LASSI
Ingredients
3 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoon beet purée/ dehydrated powder
½ teaspoon chaat masala
Half inch ginger
green chilli as per taste
5-6 fresh mint leaves
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
½ teaspoon salt; adjust to taste
1 cup crushed ice
Method
If using a blender, add required ingredients and mix until frothy.
If mixing by hand, add all ingredients to a large mason jar, tightly close lid and shake until all ingredients are mixed together.
Serve lassi chilled and garnish with mint.
VARIATION:
You can use the ready masala lassi and add the Beetroot juice and blend and serve
