Blue Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
Blue Berry - 1/4 cup
Apple - 1 chopped
Oats-1/4 cup
Almond - 5/8 chopped
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Sugar or Honey as per taste (optional)
Milk - 1 big glass
Water as required
Method:
1. Take a blender and add all the ingredients and blend
2. Add extra water or milk to adjust consistency and blend again to smooth paste
3. Take out the smoothie and pour it to glass and garnish with topping of your choice.
