Par boil veggies:
Broccoli
Baby corn
Artichoke
Carrot
Beans
Olive oil -1tsp
Butter-1/2 tsp
Garlic finely chopped-3
White pepper
Himalayan pink salt
Dry mint, parsley, oregano
Method:
Take a wok add olive oil, butter, add garlic and fry till it changes colour. Add par boiled veggies, salt, dry herbs, white pepper and sauté on high flame for 5 minutes
