Canned veggies

Avoid using canned veggies. They have excess salt and flavour enhancers like MSG (Monosodium Glutamate), which, even in small doses, can cause stomach aches and indigestion.

Just half a cup of canned cut green beans contains 380-390 mg of sodium - that's more salt than what you'll find in a snack size bag of chips. Pic is just for reference.
