Carrot Kheer

Carrot kheer

Ingredients:

5 carrots

2 and half cup of milk

100 grams condensed milk

3-4 tbsp sugar

Cashew

Almonds

Ghee

Kesar


Method:

Add 2-3tbsp of ghee to the pan and then add chopped carrots. Cook for about 5 mins and add cashews and almonds. Then add milk to it and put it in the pressure cooker. After that cool it and put it in the mixer and grind it till you get a smooth consistency. Then transfer it to a pan and add sugar, condensed milk and milk. Boil it for 5 mins. You can garnish it with cashews, Kesar and almonds. You can serve it hot or cold.
