Ingredients:
Compound Hing
Flour (optional)
Method:
1. Heat the hing in a microwave for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool.
2. Take a pestle and break it into coarse chunks.
3. Heat a small pan and add the flour and slightly warm it. Let this get cool a bit.
4. Take a blender add the chunk of hing and the flour and blend to make the powder.
Store it in a air tight jar
