Why corn 🌽?


Corn has several health benefits. Because of the high fiber content, it can aid with digestion. It also contains valuable B vitamins, which are important to your overall health. Corn also provides our bodies with essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium, copper, iron and manganese.


Crispy Corn Pakoda (Corn Fritters)

Ingredients:

2 Chillies, green

1/4 cup Coriander

1/2 Onion

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1/4 cup Besan / gram flour / chickpea flour

1 Salt

1/4 tsp Turmeric / haldi

1 Oil / ghee

1/2 tsp Cumin/jeera, seeds

1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)

1 cup Sweet corn kernels (boiled and crushed coarsely)
