Corn & Methi Balls

šŸŒ½ CORN & METHI BALLS:


A perfect appetiser for your cold winter ā„ļø days


Ingredients:


1 Cup blanched and crushed sweet corns

1 Cup methi (fenugreek) leavesšŸƒ

1/2 Cup coriander šŸŒæ leaves

2 Boiled šŸ„” potato

2 Tablespoon bread crumbs

1 Teaspoon chopped ginger

2 Green chillies šŸŒ¶ chopped

to taste Salt

1 Teaspoon dry mango powder

1 Lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Cooking oil / for cooking & brushing while air frying


Method:

1. Take methi leaves & coriander clean, wash and chop them

2. Take sweet corns; blanch them, coarsely grind them

3. In a pan take a tablespoon of oil, heat it add chopped ginger and cook it for a minute and add green chillies and half of the chopped methi leaves, cook it for a minute and then put off the flame

4. Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, crushed corns, methi leaves, bread crumbs, salt, dry mango powder, lemon juice and cooked methi mixture Mix all ingredients nicely

5. Make small portion of this mixture and shape them into round balls

6. Per heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and

fry these balls till these are cooked properly. Repeat the same steps with the remaining mixture and serve with hot cup of šŸ«–
