Crispy Aloo Moringa Mattri:

INGREDIENTS


ā–¢ 2 cup maida

ā–¢ ¼ cup rava / semolina (fine)

ā–¢ 2 tsp chilli flakes

ā–¢ 2 tbsp sesame

ā–¢ 2 tsp moringa leaves (crushed)

ā–¢ ¼ tsp ajwain / carom seeds

ā–¢ ½ tsp salt

ā–¢ 3 tbsp oil (hot)

ā–¢ 1 cup potato (boiled & grated)

ā–¢ water (for kneading)

ā–¢ oil (for brushing )
