Here’s a very simple and delicious Dal to be included in your daily diet.


Cucumber 🥒 Dal/ Sambar


Ingredients

Green Cucumber 🥒

Toor Dal boiled

Ghee

Mustard seeds

Jeera

Hing

Haldi

Curry leaves

Green chilli

Coriander

Lemon juice


Method

Take a pan add chopped cucumber 🥒 and one glass of water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes ( don’t over cook). Add haldi, green chilli and boiled dal, salt 🧂

Temperature:

Take a pan add ghee, hing, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves.


Add tempering to the dal and switch off the gas and add coriander and lemon 🍋
