Custard Jelly cake

Custard Jelly cake:

Ingredients:

Good day butter biscuits-2 small pack

Butter melted-2 tbsp

Custard as per ur choice

Agar agar- 3 -4 tsp

Sugar for custard n jelly

Jelly as per choice

Fruits 🍇 banana 🍌 mangoes 🥭


Method:

Crust:

1. Powder the biscuits n mix the melted butter and spread it in the mould as base. Press hard to make it smooth base n keep it in fridge for 10 minutes.

2. In the mean time make custard with agar agar n let it cool a bit.

3. Take out the base n pour the custard n keep it in the fridge again for 10-15 minutes.

4. Take out the cake n place the cut fruits on it n keep it in fridge again.

5. Prepare the jelly n let it cool n pour it on the fruits n let it set for 15 minutes.
