Dal Baati Masala, Rajasthani Bati recipe in air fryer
Ingredients for Bati
Wheat flour - 2 cups(250 grams)
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 4 to 5 tbsp
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 tsp
Ghee for brushing
Method:
1. Take a deep bowl and add the wheat flour & other ingredients and add Luke warm water little by little and mix everything to make a soft dough and let it rest for 5-8 minutes
2. Per heat air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
3. Make small round ball and press in the centre to make hole
4. Brush these with ghee and place in the air fryer for 5 minutes
5. Open the air fryer and brush the ghee again and turn the baati and cook again for 5 minutes
6. Remove the baati and again you can either brush ghee or dip it in ghee bowl and serve hot with dal of your choice
