Postmen To Make Deliveries On E-Bikes!
A new project has been initiated by the Bangalore Postal Region, under which e-bikes will be provided to the delivery staff. The first such project was launched on October 14 which helps the post office staff to make deliveries on Yulu bikes. 15 postmen and postwomen attached to the JP Nagar sub post office have already started delivering on these blue-coloured e-bikes. According to Postmaster General, Bengaluru Region, LK Dash, Yulu has also proposed the idea to set up charging centres at post offices in future.
