Garlic Bhel/churmuri
Ingredients:
2 cups of Puffed rice
Half cup of Grated carrot
Half cup of finely chopped onion
1/4th cup grated coconut
Coriander
Salt
2-3 tsp Oil
Spicy boondi
Spicy Groundnut
For dry paste:
3-4 green chillies
8-10 garlic
1/4th cup grated dry coconut
1/2 tsp jeera
Salt
4 spoons of Melted ghee
Method:
Mix puffed rice with all the above ingredients and add dry paste according to taste. Serve immediately.
