Guacamole:
Ingredients:
1. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed1 lime, juiced1 teaspoon
2. Himalayan pink salt
3.1 diced white onion
4. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
5. tomatoes- diced
6. 1-teaspoon minced garlic
7. 1- pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)
8. 2tsp extra virgin olive oil
9. 1/2 tsp parsley
10. 1/2 lemon juice
Method:
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, oil, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
