Healthy Salad with Salad Greens:
This salad is very quick to prepare and yet very tasty.
Ingredients:
Carrot - 1 diced
Cucumber - 1 diced
Tomato-2 diced
Salad greens (Lettuce, Basil, Totsai, etc)
Salt & Pepper & Red chilli powder
Lemon 🍋 juice
Coriander finely chopped (optional)
Method:
Arrange the greens in the centre and add Cucumber, carrot, tomato in the sides.
Sprinkle salt & pepper, red chilli powder,lemon juice.
