Healthy Salad 🥗 Cups
Ingredients:
Lettuce 🥬
Cherry tomato 🍅
Cucumber 🥒 grated & slices
Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 🧂 as per taste
Red chilli powder as per taste
Curd 1/2 cup
Coriander chopped
Dehydrated Beetroot powder as per taste
Method:
1. Take a bowl add curd, grated cucumber, salt, jeera powder, coriander, Beetroot powder and mix all together
2. Take a serving plate and place the lettuce leaves and add the curd mixture, and place the cherry tomato on top and arrange the remaining slices of cucumber and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and coriander and serve chilled.
