Healthy Sprouts Salad

Healthy Sprouts Salad with Salad Greens:

This salad is very quick to prepare and yet very tasty.


Ingredients:

Carrot - 1 grated

Cucumber - 1 diced

Cherry Tomato-few diced

Salad greens (Lettuce, Basil, Totsai, etc)

Sprouts of your choice

Pink Salt

Dijon Mustard paste -1 tsp

Balsamic vinegar-2 tsp

Extra virgin olive oil-2 tsp

Lemon 🍋 juice

Coriander finely chopped (optional)


Method:

Mix veggies and other dressing together in a bowl.

Arrange the greens in the centre and add mixed veggies on top of it.
