Hesaru Bele/ Moong Dal Salad

Ingredients:

1/4 cup yellow moong soaked in water for 1 hour 

1 Cucumber chopped 

1 Carrot grated 

Green chilli chopped/ paste 

Coriander chopped 

Lemon juice 

Pink salt as per taste 


Method:

Take a bowl and add soaked moong (drain the water) and add all the ingredients and mix.

Serve with rice and sambar.
