Pomegranate rasam Recipe:
Ingredients: Pomegranate 2 Jeera powder- 1tsp Dhania/Coriander powder-1 tsp Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp Garlic 5-6 cloves Tamarind marble size Jaggery to taste Himalayan pink salt
For tempering: Ghee-2-3tsp Curry leaves & dry red chillies few Mustard 1/4 tsp Jeera - 1/4 tsp Hing a pinch Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp

Method: 1. Grind pomegranate without water and strain. 3. In a kadai heat ghee add all the tempering ingredients and sauté till garlic turns golden. 4. Add one cup water when it starts boiling add pomegranate juice , jaggery, tamarind pulp and salt and let it boil. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
