How many are for hot Rice š ki Puri?
This is a SouthIndian delicacy called Karad (fried) Talipeet which is made of rice š flour.
Karad Talipeet
Ingredients
Rice š¾ flour 1 cups
Jeera seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
Coriander chopped 1 teaspoon
Red chilli š¶ powder 1 teaspoon
Oil for deep-frying
Method
Step 1
Take a flat bowl and add all the ingredients.
Boil water & use this water to bind the dough.
Make small balls and press in Puri presser.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the puris till golden and puffed. Drain and remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.
