How to retain the green colour for your chutney & Palak Paneer & Pesto sauce ?


1. Blanching the greens for sauce & Palak Paneer in hot water & transfer them immediately to cold water with ice.

2. Blend the greens with cold water or add ice so that the greens don’t get the heat of the blender

3. Add lemon juice to retain the green colour
