LOWER BACK pain is increasingly becoming more common now a days.


If you have a lower back problem, you should avoid sit ups as they can do more harm than good. Instead, plank and side plank positions are best as they work on your core and abdominal muscles. A strong core would help support your muscles and skeleton which is important for back pain prevention.
