Dal Baati Masala, Rajasthani Bati in cooker, dal bati recipe in air fryer
Ingredients for Green Pea Bati
Wheat flour - 2 cups(250 grams)
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 4 to 5 tbsp
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Salt - 1 tsp
Ghee for brushing
For paste:
Green peas - 1 cup
Green Coriander - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 2
Ginger Baton - 1 inch
Method:
1. Take a blender jar and add all the ingredients for the paste and blend coarse without adding water.
2. Take a deep bowl and add the wheat flour & other ingredients along with the peas paste and add Luke warm water little by little and mix everything to make a soft dough and let it rest for 5-8 minutes
3. Per heat air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
4. Make small round ball and press in the centre to make hole
5. Brush these with ghee and place in the air fryer for 5 minutes
6. Open the air fryer and brush the ghee again and turn the baati and cook again for 5 minutes
7. Remove the baati and again you can either brush ghee or dip it in ghee bowl and serve hot with dal of your choice
