Mint Flavoured French fries:
Potato 3- Thin slices
Corn flour -1tbsp
Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Dried mint powder ( sun dry the mint leaves for 3-4 days depending on the sun heat, and crush n store them in bottles) - 2 tsp
Himalayan salt as per taste .
Oil - 1tbsp
Method: Slice the potato, add corn flour, dry mint powder, red chili powder, little Himalayan pink salt, 1 tbsp oil and mix.
Pre heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180. Add the potatoes and air fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown
