Chilly Winter nights calls for something hot & spicy to eatšŸ˜‹


Instant Mushroom šŸ„ Chilli Garlic šŸ§„ Starter


Ingredients:

Mushroom šŸ„

Chilli Garlic šŸ§„ Sauce/Dip

Thyme 1/2 tsp

Sesame oil 2-3 tsp

Garlic šŸ§„ 3 chopped

Spring onion (optional)


Shallow Fried Method:

1. Take a wok and heat oil, add garlic and let it fry till golden.

2. Add the washed mushroom šŸ„ and fry for 7-8 minutes with continuous stirring.

3. Add the chilli garlic sauce, thyme and fry for 2 minutes


Serve hot with rice/ noodles
