Mushroom & Herbs Sauce:

Button mushroom-1 pack

Olive oil-1 tbsp

Butter-1-2 tsp

Garlic-4-5 finely chopped

Dry mint powder

Red chili flakes

Garlic bread seasoning

( as per ur taste all the above 3)

Himalayan pink salt

Paneer/ tofu

Parsley few strands

Celery one big strand

Maida-2tbsp

Amul cream

Milk-1/4 litre


Take a wok add oil, butter, garlic n sauté till garlic changes colour. Add the dry mint powder, red chili powder and garlic bread seasoning and sauté for 2 minutes in medium flame. Add the diced mushroom and sauté on high flame for 2 minutes. Add the maida n fry for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add milk and cream to adjust ur consistency and richness. Make sure there are no lumps. Add salt, finely chopped celery & parsley and serve hot.


Optional- can add Parmesan cheese or cheddar
