Ingredients:
1 cup Oats powdered
1 cup besan
3 tsp rice flour
1 tomato 🍅 chopped
1 onion 🧅 chopped
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
Salsa(leftover)
1/2 tsp haldi
Salt as per taste
Coriander chopped
water to make batter
Method:
Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients to make a flowing batter.
Heat a tava and make yummy hot chilla
