Palak Potato Wedges

🍟  Palak  Flavoured Potato Wedges :


Potato 3- Thoroughly washed & thick  sliced with skin

Corn flour -1tbsp

Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp

Dried Palak powder - 2  or 3 tsp 

Himalayan salt as per taste . 

Oil - 1tbsp

Garlic & Herbs seasoning  of your choice

Mayonnaise of your choice 


Method: Slice the potato, add corn flour, dry palak powder, red chili powder, little Himalayan pink salt, 1 tbsp oil and mix. 

Pre heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180. Add the potatoes and air fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.


Serve Hot topped with mayonnaise.
