Pan Makhana Pudding

Pan / Betel Leaves Makhana Pudding:


INGREDIENTS:

6 INCH MOULD

BREAD - 4 SLICE powdered

Makhana roasted & powdered-4 tbsps

MILK - 1/2 LITTER

SUGAR - 1/2 CUP

AGAR AGAR POWDER 1 TBSP

Pan / betel leaves - 4-5 juice

STRAWBERRY 🍓 chopped

Strawberry jelly ( follow the instructions mentioned on the packet)

Raspberry / plum chopped

Raw Mango jelly ( follow the instructions mentioned on the packet)


Method:


1. Boil milk 🥛 in pan, add sugar, agar agar 🧫, bread 🍞 powder, Makhana powder and mix everything together for 7-8 minutes. Let it cool a bit but make sure it should not set. Add the pan juice and mix.

2. Add the chopped fruits of your choice on the bread base and let it set.

3. Prepare the jelly and pour it in your the fruits

4. Arrange the other chopped fruit on top of the jelly base.

6. Demould and enjoy your pudding.


Note: you can change your base and jelly’s per your choice
