PANEER STICKS
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup curd / yogurt, thick
½ tsp turmeric / haldi
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
½ tsp coriander powder / daniya powder
¼ tsp cumin powder / jeera powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
3 tsp oil
VEGETABLES:
½ onions, thin strips (optional)
½ capsicum, red & green long thin strips
¼ Cabbage shredded
¼ Carrot Shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take ½ cup thick curd / yogurt.
further add in all the spices along with salt. Whisk till all the spices are combined well with curd.
2. Add paneer and mix gently till all the are coated well.
3. To marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. After marination, Roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor.
Take a wok and add the oil and shallow fry the shredded vegetables and sauté for 4-5 minutes on high flame and make sure the veggies are just crisp and not over cooked.
Finally , place the veggies & paneer & sprinkle some chaat masala, spring onion and serve paneer tikka immediately.
