Passion Fruit Makhana Bread šŸž Pudding:

INGREDIENTS:

6 INCH MOULD

BREAD - 4 SLICE powdered

Makhana roasted & powdered-4 tbsps

MILK - 1/2 LITTER

SUGAR - 1/2 CUP

AGAR AGAR POWDER 1 TBSP

COCOA POWDER - 1 TBSP

STRAWBERRY šŸ“ chopped

Strawberry jelly ( follow the instructions mentioned on the packet)

Blueberry šŸ« chopped

Raw Mango jelly ( follow the instructions mentioned on the packet)

Yellow Passion -2 no fruit juice


Method:


1. Prepare the jelly for the base and pour it in your mould.

2. Add the chopped fruits of your choice and let it set.

3. Boil milk šŸ„› in pan, add sugar, agar agar šŸ§«, bread šŸž powder, Makhana powder and mix everything together for 7-8 minutes. Let it cool a bit but make sure it should not set. Add the passion fruit juice and mix.

4. Pour this milk mixture on top of the jelly base and let it set in the refrigerator.

5. Arrange the other chopped fruit on top of the bread base.

6. Prepare the top jelly and pour it on top of the fruit and let it set.

7. Demould and enjoy your pudding.
