Pear & Amla Smoothie:


Ingredients 

Pear 1chopped 

Amla - 1 chopped 

Kale - 3 chopped 

Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp

Pink salt as per taste 

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Water - 1 cup


Method:

Take a blender and add all the ingredients and Blend  it until you get the right consistency. You can add extra water if it's too thick. Pour it into a glass. Serve it chilled.
