Pink Pasta

•CHEESY PINK SAUCE PASTA•

Ingredients:

Pasta

Oregano

Cheese

Milk

All purpose flour

Butter

Tomatoes

Onion

Garlic

Salt

Chilli powder

Sugar

Oil

(Veggies of your choice)


Method:

Boil water in a huge container and add the pasta, 2 tbsp salt and few drops of oil. Cook pasta for about 10-15 minutes or according to the instructions in the pack. Meanwhile boil 4 tomatoes for the red sauce. To prepare the white sauce add 2-3tbsp butter and 3-4 tbsp maida and keep stirring on a low flame. Then keep adding milk to it till you get your perfect consistency. Then add oregano to it and keep it aside. Now add the tomatoes to the mixer and make a smooth paste. To a pan add oil and finely chopped onion and garlic and saute it for a while. You can also add your choice of veggies and saute it well. Then add the tomato puree and mix it well. Now add salt, chilli powder according to taste. Add one tsp oregano to this and one tsp sugar. Red sauce is ready. Now add your pasta and the white sauce and mix well. Add grated cheese and oregano. Mix everything well together and sprinkle some oregano on the top and your creamy cheesy pink sauce pasta is ready! Serve hot.
