Plum & 🥬 kale Smoothie:
Ingredients
Orange 1 chopped
Plum 3 chopped
Kale leaves 4
cashews, walnuts(optional)
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
Pink salt as per taste
Lemon - 1 tsp
Pepper as per taste
Water 1 glass
Method:
Take a blender and add all the ingredients and Blend it until you get the right consistency. You can add extra water if it's too thick. Pour it into a glass. Serve it chilled
