Potato Cheese Bites:
Ingredients:
Potato- 2 big cut into slices
Cream Cheese- 1/3 cup ( I have used homemade cream cheese)
Cherry Tomato- cut into slices
Parsley few chopped
Peri peri powder
Method:
1. Per heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
2. Bake potato in air fryer for 10 minutes or till it’s cooked
3. Take a small bowl add cream cheese, salt & pepper if required, chopped parsley and mix well
4. Take the serving plate and place the potato and top it with cream cheese, cherry tomato, parsley and peri peri powder
Serve hot
