Perfect tasty crispy wedges for perfect rainy season which is air fried and you can enjoy guilt free.
🍟 Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
Potato 3- Thick slices
Corn flour -1tbsp
Red chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Himalayan salt as per taste (optional)
Oil - 1tbsp
Method: Slice the potato, add corn flour, dry mint powder, red chili powder, little Himalayan pink salt, 1 tbsp oil and mix.
Pre heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180. Add the potatoes and air fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
