Raw Banana Fritters

Raw Banana Fritters:


Ingredients:

Raw Banana-2

Kashmiri red chilli powder- 2 tsp

Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp

Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp

Pink salt as per taste

Besan-2-3 tbsp

Rice flour-2 tbsp


Method:

1.Peel the banana and cut it into medium long strips and keep it in water so that banana doesn’t change colour

2. Take a bowl and add besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, dhania, jeera powder , salt and water to make a thick batter.

3. Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degree for 5 minutes

4. Dip each banana slice in the batter

5. Place the silicon mat in the air fryer rack and place the banana dipped and heat it for 5-8 minutes or until the colour changes

Garnish with dill leaves and serve with hot Tea or Rice and Daal
