This amazing Raw Banana delicacy is prepared by mother-in-law which is very common in South Canara region.
Raw banana sabji
Peel the bananas ie remove only the first layer and then cut and boil in tamrind water...
Once it is cooked then remove from the tamrind water and prepare the tempering and mix these cut and boiled bananas..
Garnish with grated coconut 🌴
