When mangoes š„ are in season every family has itās own recipe to share.
This is my family recipe which can be stored in freezer for more than 6 months.

Raw Mango Chutney
Raw Mango š„-1 grated (Totapuri)
Dry coconut š„„ 2/3 cup grated
Red chilli 8-10(depending on taste)
Methi seeds -1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Jaggery as per taste
Salt as per taste
Dry roast all the ingredients except mango & jaggery
For tempering:
Oil/Ghee
Mustard
Hing
Curry leaves
Red chilli
Note: I have used Kashmiri red chilli powder and donāt add water while grinding.
