Ridge Gourd Peels Chutney


Ingredients:


Ridge Gourd Peels - 1 bowl

Oil -2 tsp

Channa Daal - 1 tsp

Urad Daal - 1 tsp

Coconut 🥥- Fresh grated

Tamarind - as per taste

Jaggery - as per taste

Red Chilli - 2

Pink salt as per taste

Hing a pinch

Curry leaves

Mustard - 1/2 tsp

Method:


1. Take a small pan & roast the peel with oil, till it become brown

2. Dry Roast channa dal and urad dal 1spoon each in the same pan

3. Take a blender & add coconut, tamarind, jaggery, red chillies, salt, roasted dal, roasted peel and grind it like chutney and temper with oil and mustard curry leaves and hing
